The Knowledge Acceleration Programme is a fourteen-week action-learning entrepreneurship development programme, designed to develop the practicing and aspiring entrepreneur’s business planning and management skills, and in doing so, develop the foundation for building a successful business. This programme is limited to 20 participants, and the best participant will be in line to win R15,000.00 in seed funding.
The content of this programme has been provided by the Centre of Entrepreneurship of Regent University in Virginia, USA, and will be facilitated by experienced coaches and mentors who have been accredited by Mentors and Business Coaches International (MBCI). Entrepreneurs will learn how to better plan and manage key aspects of their businesses to enable better structure and growth of their businesses and to stay competitive.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Identifying viable business opportunities
- Designing competitive business models
- Managing cash-flow, profit & loss estimation and pricing
- Marketing strategy and planning skills
Who Should Attend:
Aspiring and practicing entrepreneurs, business managers or key staff who want to grow their businesses or a division within a business, and anyone who wants to grow their commercial management skills.
